Supporters of Mark (Ras) Rasmussen (69) gathered outside Whangarei Courthouse 10am Wednesday 3 August 2022, Northland, New Zealand to protest his arrest by NZ Police Officers in his Ruakaakaa home after he was brutalized and charged by NZ Police/Crown Agents on February 10th 2022 Parliament Grounds, Wellington, NZ.

We're supporting this couple who have been of great help in Marsden Point, they've been here supporting everybody else so it is our duty to support them. Ras was arrested yesterday for something that happened in Wellington, wrongfully arrested and that's why we are here today to protest outside while his court hearing is in action, so a lot of us Freedom Whanau are down here right now ...."
