After working in film and video for over twenty five years, this video was created in the spirit of Picasso's "truthfulness of lies."

Adopting the format of the famous Video Art piece "Television Delivers People" by Richard Serra and Carlotta Fay Schoolman, that consists solely of words scrolling up the screen; I have added my own observations to the on going dialog about "FILM versus VIDEO."
