My old channel has been deleted due to false DMCA copyright claims by Indian Tech Support Scammers that I exposed previously. I used their company logo in the video and thumbnails but it's covered by Fair Use according to Youtube guidelines. Now after 4 months of account deletion it has been successfully restored.
Youtube needs to fix the abusive use of copyright claims. Incidents such as The Verge / Vox Media Group falsely claiming rights on ReviewTechUSA and BitWit videos shows this issue is relevant and happening to EVERYONE.
