"Our Common Bond" – San Francisco Jewish Community Federation

A promotional video from the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco, The Peninsula, Marin, and Sonoma Counties, which has net assets of over $800 million. The video covers up the fact that Israel was created through a massive war of ethnic cleansing and continues to confiscate Palestinian land.

It ignores the fact that Israeli forces have committed numerous massacres throughout its 70 year history, and that it is based on discrimination against the original, non-Jewish inhabitants of its land. It also omits the facts that a 2016 Pew survey (https://pewrsr.ch/2ybsuy5) found that Jewish Americans were the wealthiest religious group in the U.S.

The Federation supports a secretive website that targets students working for justice for Palestinians around the country with the intention of harming their job prospects, and that exposes students to Israeli interrogation and potentially worse when they attempt to visit the area.
