It's really difficult to ride a bicycle or motorbike underwater, and that's because they don't sink to the ground. They simply float near the water surface.

In this video I got the BMX to spawn underwater by using fnxrak's technique.
Here's his description: If you go to the pier from Santa Maria Beach this won't happen, but if you came from the south walking more or less parallel to the pier the bmx most certainly will show underwater.

Of course this will only happen if the pier is not loaded yet, so you have to approach from a certain distance.
