Looks like something being sprayed from a helicopter into the forest. We hear about "DEW Direct Energy Weapons" and maybe that is some of it or disinformation. I think it may be a combination of both. In any event this has been let out for a reason. Why the massive fires only on the West Coast? We have trees everywhere in this country...
