Last year I decided to turn my stand-alone garage into a 4-person garden suite, so that I could help our struggling/homeless brothers and sisters off of the streets. In this way, I am also able to avoid government involvement, which means no control, no hooks in my back and I am able to avoid all of the red tape associated with our fascist government paradigm, and actually get things done very quickly.

I provide shelter, counsel, necessities of life, ID and I help folks integrate, not to societies paradigms, but to whatever it is that their SouL needs.
I thought this was going to be easy. I thought, it’s a no brainer. Who doesn’t want to help the homeless? As it turns out, MANY people don’t want to help, and this has been an absolute struggle and, in my opinion, a disgrace to human kind.
Several people in my neighborhood of Brookwood in Segregation (Spruce) Grove, and especially my immediate neighbors, who think that property values and material possessions are more important than SouLs and VeSSeLs, including the government, are doing everything in their literal power to stop me and throw these vulnerable folks back out into the streets to freeze die in the cold. That’s because at least that way they can die “legally” in the streets.
THE PEOPLE: My homeless hating neighbors Karen and Gerry Dargatz who live at 15 Oatway Street, call the police on me almost every other day for various trivial reasons. About 30 times since summer. Karen Dargatz made up lies and got me charged with uttering threats. 3 weeks before court she called the police and made up another lie and I got a breach charge on top of it. The establishment is persistently racking up the criminal charges on me illegally as well. They kept letting my dog out of my yard to the tune of $1800 in tickets, 3 summons and a warrant. They have a camera pointing right into my back yard. They wrote a letter about what a terrible person I am and distributed it to the neighborhood with a script of what people should say when they write to the suggested Head ByLaw Officer Steve Chipchase to complain about me. Some mornings I wake up to garbage bags and litter on my front lawn. The Brookwood and Broxton Park FB Group has threads 170 comments long hating on the homeless and calling me names, and even wishing me dead is a quite regular thing. I had a stranger knock on my door and tell me bullets are coming my way. Bobbi-Jo Stanton of Segregation Grove threatened me with the Hells Angels because she told me her brother was one and that I have no idea who I’m fucking with. Curtis Routh and Brian St. Denis of Brookwood threaten me and slander me constantly.
THE CITY: Who are rife with free (Not For Long) mason and old money evil, along with Steve Chipchase in the lead at ByLaW, Public Works and Engineering, and Health and Safety have all joined forces to shut down my garage because a handful of people don’t like the homeless and because in the beginning they wouldn’t let me get permits. As a single Dad of two teenage daughters and a Military Veteran, I paid $800 for the first 2 permits and then they made up some BS parameters that I couldn’t afford, nor accomplish in the allotted 30 days, cancelled my permits and kept my money.
I marched barefoot this July 2022 from Jasper to Canmore (320km) for Homelessness, First Nations Rights and for Freedom, to try to raise $1,000,000 to build a homeless solution called Unity Village on some land I was going to buy so that the failing/falling government has no part in it. I purchased a $600 professional banner, which I had on my front lawn. The city used the blanket Termination (ByLaW) Law “nuisance” to steal my banner. (They called it Seizing) Then Steve Chipchase came over to my house with a police officer buddy and gave me $15,000 worth in ByLaW tickets. All of them were max. Some were $3000 and they have been instructed by Bylaw Sergeant Evian to give me the max ticket fines because they are trying to take my house and make me homeless now as well. The government does not have our best interests at hand. For real. All of the cities’ ByLaWs are actually bully termination laws, that allow the dictatorship to force out the Souls who are not bowing down to their manipulating, controlling, fascist ways.
So basically, my punishment for helping the homeless is to make me homeless. The last line on the Segregation Bylaw Punishment Enforcement Chart is “BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY” Yep.
The city and bylaw has now given me approximately $60,000 (yes that’s 4 zeros) worth of tickets, and given me 2 weeks to pay it. The letter states threateningly that if I don’t pay it by this day, the citiy’s goon squad Tyrannical Oppessionist Law Firm Reynolds, Mirth, Richards and Farmer are suing me and putting a lien on my house. No surprise there.
