What democRAT and RINO House and Senate members are doing with regards to this impeachment is clearly SEDITIOUS in nature, and although the Constitution states “The Senators and Representatives...shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony, and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same”, the Supreme Court has already interpreted that language such that the clause does NOT provide Congress with any immunity from criminal prosecution. Make no mistake … Trump will not be removed from office and will win in 2020. Trump will therefore be in position to see to it that these cretins are charged with sedition for their participation in this obvious plot against a duly elected and legitimate government authority. Call it part of the Big Ugly. Also, these Congress critters should remember that if they are convicted of sedition, they forfeit all their federal retirement benefits under the Hiss Act.
