These crimes against children have never been sufficiently addressed by those in a position to stop it, and so they carry on worldwide.

Politicians on all sides, people "in high places" implicated (still), yet no one's held accountable. If your distinguished representatives cared about these kids justice would've been served to the perpetrators long ago. The extent to which some individuals continue to put their faith and trust in these people or the systems and institutions they belong to, defies credulity.
