Chaper 6 of Falling For Truth looks into a detailed example of what the ego is, how it is made up, and some of the techniques to see it clearly and move past it (known as not doings).
For some reason the last part of this chapter (on spirituality and Absolute) had very poor sound quality so I had to cut it out. I will upload it separately at a later time.
