Boy oh boy is this video timely. Just the other day I was going to donate 3 large bags of cat food to PAWS. ... so I emailed them. I get a short email back saying, "Have the bags been open and where do you live'. ...... thats it. No gratitude, no acknowledging the gift no thank you. was given...'NOTHING'. So I emailed back saying I changed my mind in donating to them and I would donate these bags to someone else who would 'appreciate' the donation. This is over $120 worth of food. I get an email back with an apology for offending me and a lengthy explanation on open bags wouldn't be accepted for as a donation. This woman 'still' didn't get it.
