What Is Self Mastery? My Perspective

Another aspect of self mastery is your WILL. How to use your will, harness your will, focus your will. Without control of your own will, you largely remain like a cork in the ocean, bobbing about and being moved by the oceans currents. The idea of mastering the will is to set your own course, regardless of the direction of the oceans current. Mastery of your will means you can laser focus it on whatever you want, keep it there, intensify it to the degree or extent necessary to accomplish what you're trying to accomplish. Knowing your own WILL takes time, mastering it requires plenty of effort and work...sometimes pain.
