Deeply disturbed mercenary neighbours signed up to take part in your targeting pose the biggest threat to your health - mental and physical. I will never tire or repeating this important mantra! Such truly horrible and evil people are a targets primary problem. I rarely see my targeting neigbours but yesterday did have the misfortune to have to pass the main tenant of flat 7 Dayak Court - Christine Smith. She was waiting by the lift with her two children as I passed. I don't want to make any acknowledgement of her presence so ignore her pretending she isn't there. A few seconds after I pass she says two very telling words: "Watching you".
I'll also add that there's a daily smell of dope/skunk/weed emanating from their flat. Sometimes I smell it in the morning; sometimes the afternoon and perhaps more often in the evening. I'm sure their kids love it and it has no adverse effects on their developing brains!
