I recently learned that around here, spider plants just do not do well outside. In fact, we discovered only one spot outside where a Spider can thrive, and that one still needed kept in a planter. That was Spider Plant Ping. I am quite certain, that planted in the ground around here, they will just up and die come Winter.
Just from a few days outside in partial sun (being brought back in at night) nearly killed Webigail's second baby. So, this one is now a part of two projects; the Spider Plant Pet Project and a Necroplantsy project. Granted, these Spiders are hardy critters, so it should be pretty simple to bring it back from the dead. Still credit toward my Necroplantser title is credit, no matter how small and elementary.
For now, it is occupying the spot in my bedroom where Spider Plant Teddy will ultimately reside, but this should have just the right lighting and warmth conditions to bring it back to life before too long.
