Henry Gruver shared a vision from 1986 where he saw Russian submarines nuke the coastlines of America, and just before that, the communications went down. It's interesting to note that the US Congress members just received satellite phones to use in case of a communications failure and a possible emergency event. Are the members of Congress going to receive notification via the satellite phones to go into their bunkers before the nukes hit? Just an question I'm posing.
