Tucker Carlson: Why Are Some in the US saying COVID Vaccines should be given to people of color 1st?

He seems to believe the vaccine is good and that this is harming white people, however, if you take the view that vaccines are unhealthy, this is targeting people of color and it is definitely eugenics.

That's why the U.K. is getting the vaccine to the elderly as quickly as possible. But in this country, a panel of ideologues at the C.D.C. have decided that the elderly shouldn't be at the front of the line. The center’s "Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices" has made a different determination. Their reasoning is simple. Old people are too white to save.
