The story has not been fully verified just yet, but the evidence is piling up as I write this. The overall premise of back story seems to be as follows:

Isaac Kappy was an actor in Hollywood who publicly shared his belief of a pervasive culture of pedophilia, based upon a lifestyle he claimed to have observed, amongst the Hollywood elite. He was later found dead in May 2019, via suicide, having jumped off an overpass onto I-40 (old Route 66) in Arizona, and being hit by a truck. After Kappy's death, the last upload found on his channel contained a disturbing video about young children in a bath house.

Kappy's death took place two months before Epstein's 2019 arrest, and many people noted the "temple" on his island is a near-replica of the famous 15th century Hammam Yalbugha. Some have said the video in question was actually taken at the Titanic Beach Lara Hotel in Turkey, which does indeed have a very similar hammam in it, but is is reported to not be the same.
