Vining Yellow Crookneck Squash Breeding Project: Update 1

In order to develop a crookneck squash that better resists squash vine borer damage than an compact bush squash and can be grown up a trellis, I have been breeding a vining crookneck squash over the past two years. Originally I began the project by crossing non-bitter ornamental gourds with regular crookneck squash, but after learning that another gardener was also undertaking a similar squash breeding project, I requested seeds from this other gardener for my squash breeding project. The seeds used for this breeding project were obtained from the YouTuber Esoteric Agriculture.
