Usually the "ultras" do not wear distinctive signs in honor of their favorite team⁉️

Why were these “ultras” dressed and acting like “Black Block”⁉️

Apparently they didn't even seem "escorted", why? ️

Coincidentally in this case the police forces were very few despite the event,
perhaps the intent was precisely to allow the "devastation"
