And in this video, I shall explain a bit more about my most recent body transformation.
A lot of people watching my videos on YouTube still ask me: how old are you, how long have you been working out, are you Belgian, are you a real doctor?
When I started this channel January 2018, I already made some videos about myself, my training history and my most recent body transformation.
But, since I was not very good at making videos at that moment then, those vids did not get watched a lot, and I though it was time to repeat some of that info in a more fluent way.
You may also have noticed that this channel has evolved from being about general fitness, nutrition and supplementation, with some dermatology in between, towards all kind of videos on hormone optimization therapy. This evolution came naturally since that seems to be the topic that my viewers watch and want most.
But, back to the topic of this video: my most recent body transformation.
First: I am 44 years old, I have been working out over 28 years, and yes, I am Belgian, and a dermatologist, MD PhD.

How I got to be in that situation you can watch in the mentioned video, but anyways, in 2014 I found myself at 86kg, over 20%bodyfat and I hardly worked out and ate like crap at that moment.
Funny enough I still thought of myself as being muscular -otherwise I would not have been posing on that picture like that- and in a way I still was. But with way too much subcutaneous fat covering it. You could then call me ‘swole’.
My body transformation started in May 2015 when my wife started to count her calories using the MyFitnessPal application, and encouraged me to do so as well.
