When there is a lot of external unknowns

Today, bring more love.

There are a lot of unknowns happening external to you right now. The overall feeling because of this creates some anxiety and when I watch, I see people in different ways trying to self-soothe or put activity into those things that make them feel more secure, more in control, or in some cases, more numb. Keeping busy so your mind is occupied is one thing... but creating a lot of activity which could gain traction, can also take you in the wrong direction. The energy of now makes it easy to let go of your plans because you can’t move forward in them when the energy is like this. So we replace the right actions with the wrong ones. We trade what’s now for what’s better later. This is how and when we take a step back from our purpose. Instead, focus on how you can feel and bring more love everywhere you go and to everything you touch. Go ahead and set your intentions now. Much love.
