Don't Get Too Attached To Your Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Leg Locks - TFC Lesson

I bring in Coach Paris to look at the fight between Sean Barnett and Riha during Team Fighting Championship Season 2 Fight 1 between the USA and Latvia. In this match, a very technical Jiu Jitsu specialist (Sean Barnett) employs only Jiu Jitsu against a much bigger Pankration fighter. The results are not very pretty. Let's watch, analyze and think about what could be done better in situations like this. Coach Paris and I explore how to add in strikes to your Jiu Jitsu game in real street situations and MMA situations.
