Reports of heavy flooding in almost all of China's provinces are bad enough without speculation the Three Gorges Dam may fail. With two more months left in monsoon season the dam is already over flood warning limits despite all flood gates being open releasing a deluge of water. The city of Wuhan in Hubei province is already flooded, up to 400 million people and 60 nuclear power plants are within the area potentially impacted by flooding should Three Gorges Dam fail.
