'Varadkar has an awful nerve removing crosses from hospitals while handing shamrock to Trump' (Ireland)
A caller to Ocean FM told Niall Delaney called an Taoiseach Leo Varadkar a hypocrite and said he has an awful nerve removing crosses and statues from hospitals while going over to give shamrock to the President of America for St Patrick's Day.
Eilín said she thinks Ireland is losing it's identity in a very sinister way to suit "outsiders coming in" which she likened to an invasion.
"As the constitution has been changed so quickly and so wrongly soon we'll have no identity.
"Our identity was taken off Ireland many many years ago when we were invaded. Now we seem to be invaded in a very sinister way and I think it's time somebody somewhere along the line stands up and says enough is enough because it's very dangerous and very sinister.
"People died for their religion in this country. They were tortured by outsiders before. Now we're starting to be tortured again.
"There's something very, very, very sinister going on and it's been allowed to go on or I think encouraged by Varadkar and Harris and the likes of them.
"Leo Varadkar was elected to represent the people, not one section of outsiders coming in.
"There's enough religious wars going on around the world without tyring to start them up in this small country of ours. We should have far more to worry about. "
"If this is the way he feels about religious symbols and objects and he's going to go over with shamrock to give it to the president of America then I think he has an awful nerve. He's such a hypocrite."
