Graphene Oxide and Graphene Hydroxide
After 3 years of researching Covid injection cures, this is my master list for detox, healing and recovery for those who took those injections. And for the rest of us who has been slowly poisoned with nano graphene oxide, and graphene hydroxides, hydro gel, and all the other chemtrail heavy metals, incoming from air, food, drugs, supplements and water. AVOID ALL MICROWAVES FREQUENCIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Cell phones, smart phones, smart meters, cell towers, "smart" appliances, microwave ovens, 5G masts, LED lights, fluorescent lights, city street lights (blue/purple), local town/city microwave towers, etc.
AVOID ALL PROCESSED FOODS, ANYTHING HIGHLY PROCESSED, like boxed foods, frozen foods, convenience foods, canned foods, fast foods, ALL PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS, any commercial food of any sort can and probably does contain graphene hydroxide/oxide. Avoid low quality supplements with fillers added, lunch meats, cheap processed foods of any sort. The only safe food now would be home canned goods from local or your own garden and garden foods which you are someone you know has grown. ALL OTHER FOODS OUT OF YOUR CONTROL HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED.
