Emotional Management + No Sugar/No Grains Sweets Tutorial DIY Recipe {Creation Process Revealed}

Recipe we followed in video:
1/2 stick butter, frozen grated (we use organic unsalted, use whatever you have)
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 scoop Isagenix Whole Blend Vanilla Shake (or whatever protein powder you prefer)
about 2 tsp cinnamon (or to your liking)
1/3 cup applesauce
1 ripened banana
1 1/4 cup almond milk
- Bake at 415 degrees for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top :)
