Large, mostly empty apartments with closed leasing office

I've investigated many large apartment and condo complexes in LA, San Diego and Phoenix Metro. Most appear to stay mostly empty and leasing agent offices discourage new residents. This story is much bigger than it may appear as the globalist agenda is to force middle working class Americans out of housing and replace with hostile, 3rd world foreigners here illegally and falsely claiming they're refugees.

Many buildings stay empty owned by foreign absentee owners and out of state hedge funds.

This is destroying local communities and making it impossible for most Americans to afford housing especially new young American workers. And not to mention this is a major cause of historically record American homelessness.

Vancouver is derisively called "Hongcouver" due to wealthy chinese buying up housing at record prices forcing out Canadians. Canada passed a law that condo owners must live in the residences 51 percent of the year. It's time to do that in US cities.

Not to mention most of these complexes are built by illegal aliens and of poor quality for outrageous prices.
