I essentially removed the parts where she repeats herself, the parts where the cameras are synchronized and where she's digressing, especially when it contains no information whatsoever that could be used to establish her credibility or possible jigsaw-pieces of information that could lead to some conclusions in the future.
Apart from this I tried to make it easier to comprehend by rearranging some parts.

Katherine "Kay" Pollard Griggs, former head of the hospitality committee and member of the executive board of NATO's wives' club, married for 11 years to former US Marine Corps Lieutenant & Colonel George Raymond Griggs, an alcoholic that told her many things he went through while working for the NATO.
His stories included his experiences in Vietnam, Princeton University and the trainings he went through as well as his involvement in the Halo Project, NATO's wet operations (assassinations) and the MACV-SOG. He furthermore told her about the corruption in the military and marines including collaboration with the mob/mafia, drug trades and transports, the international entanglement in weapon sales/warmongering/phony war games, stated that the USA was never an enemy of the Soviet Union, insider-information about training mercenaries/assassins/terrorists, Zionism, communism and much more.
Being heavily abused by him for a long time, she started to do some digging regarding his past and secret present activities.
She drops many names in this interview, including persons like the Bushes, Heinz "Henry" Kissinger, Lee Harvey Oswald, just to name a few that are rather known among them.
Moreover she talks about things like bio-chemical weapons being produced by America (ABC/NBC) to poison "enemies" of the state - with those bio-weapons being produced in supposed "candy factories" and (unfortunately only briefly) mentions even cloning of humans.
After she is marked a troublemaker by an incident they tried to handle her, especially when she tried to get justice (or rather real help for her husband) through the judiciary system. Shortly after she realized how the courts are rigged by a so-called JAG-group (Judge Advocate General). This group collaborates, just as members of secret societies do, to shield themselves from criticism, punishment as well as exposure.
Kay explains how such secret societies like Skulls&Bones, Cap&Gown, Opus Dei, the masons and presumably those JAGs groom their members and feed their ego by feeling "special", bond through "budding" or bi-/homosexual acts (often including orgies and/or pedophilia), brainwash them through "existentialist" literature/philosophy and blackmail each other by all sorts of corruption and debauchery into silence/secrecy - and how these tactics bleed through into systems of the state, especially the military as well as the use of psychological profiling to select fitting members for positions of power.
She draws similarities between those Mk Ultra forms to Nazi Germany and is convinced that those strategies were imported to the USA after WW 2.
She also talks about the promotion and prevalence of homosexual activity and sexual deviancy, especially in the navy/military/NATO/upper echelons of society but also in the education system.
