COVID-19 Cases Top 100K As Multiple States Declare State Of Emergency

Three (four as of this video) states across the U.S. have declared a state of emergency as cases of coronavirus continue to climb, with more than 120 (233 as of this video) cases of infection across the country and 11 (12 as of this video) deaths, according to the World Health Organization (WHO) on Thursday.
