Heat, energy, and work

Heat is movement, as anyone who lives in cold climes knows from experience. But talking about 'heat' can really become obfuscating about what we are OBJECTIVELY dealing with. Movement requires FORCE to increase or decrease it, or to change its direction, including SPIN - ROTATION, and PULSATION a.k.a VIBRATION a.k.a RESONANCE a.k.a OSCILLATION. The equal and opposite FORCE required to reduce any of these MOVEMENTS to ZERO, is the amount of 'energy' 'stored' in that movement. That is how much 'WORK' it took to put the thing into MOTION (including spin-rotaton, vibration, oscillation, PULSATION (amplitude of), and not just the more obvious 'propulsion', where the INERTIA (or inertial SPIN-ROTATION as in a fly-wheel) represents the WORK DONE, and thus potential 'energy' 'stored' in the form of KINETIC energy etc. Heat is harder to conceptualise because it takes up bandwidth of the Electromagnetic spectrum between sound and light, and is RENDERED by our minds as a FEELING of 'being hotter or colder', as well as often accompanied RENDERINGS in the VISUAL representation system of 'colored dancing lights' and also RENDERINGS in the ACOUSTIC representation system of 'crackling' and 'popping' and 'rushing' and even 'explosions. Often even actual HAPTIC FORCES of AIR PRESSURE i.e 'explosive' generation of heat. To really GROK what we are talking about all the time we need to place things on the electromagnetic spectrum, and consider them OBJECTIVELY, independent of how the MIND renders them, and how we thus perceive, and experience them, as IMPRESSIONS of light, color, sound, heat, and so on. This is a work in progress as I am extremely ambitious and never stop until I GROK something. This is not about passing exams or getting jobs, or appearing an authority. You can do all those without having any REAL idea what you are talking about.
