Guillaume Faye (7 November 1949 – 6 March 2019) was a French journalist, writer, and advocate of Identitarianism as part of the French New Right.
Faye had the following to say about the French national football/soccer team while speaking at an American Renaissance conference:
"When the French national football team (made up of 80% black Africans and Arabians who speak French, but often only approximately, and who obtain by favour the French nationality) confronts the little team of Croatia or Serbia, entirely white and entirely European, I am for Croatia and I am for Serbia. I am not for the so-coloured French team. Unfortunately, a mass of my compatriots does not think like me. In front of the TV, waving their flags, they shout, "Vive la France! Vive la France!" And the whole French team is black! You can't even say it's black, Arab and white anymore. The team is now black, black, black!"
