About Today: Applying Rationality and Logic in Decision Making vs. Raw Emotion

For those of you who have been following the news, what a hell of a day we have all had: the ups, the downs, the feelings of betrayal, the momentary feelings of victory, the leadup to this massive fever pitch of raw energy, and everything that goes into it. I just want to take a few minutes to discuss the Knowledge Management decision making pyramid and how you can use this model to avoid acting upon emotion and apply logic and reasoning.
