I've been wanting to make goulash (American goulash) for some time but I wanted something different. The other day, another creator posted his recipe for bolognese sauce and I knew as soon as I saw it what I wanted to do with his basic recipe, of course, I had to put my own twist onto it but that's what I do. This is a time-consuming recipe but the payoff is worth the effort. I hope you
