Why no deal is the only option to take? (Deus ex Mechania: Prologue)

(First: Yes I know it's meant to be Deus ex Machina, the misspelling is intentional and it will make sense why, at the end of the 5th and final part in this series)
I made this video quite sometime ago, at the end of 2018. But it was only after viewing this again in May last year, that all the chips finally fell into place, when I tied this in to the rest of my research at last... This pandemic situation clouded my vision and took my attention away from, what could quite possibly be, the actual agenda that was in play prior to the brexit referendum.
I've also decided to add it to the Deus ex Mechania series, as its Prologue, partly because I was unable to retrieve part 1 from YouTube in time, before my channel was erased and partly because, it was the information here that featured heavily in that 1st part.
Watching this will, hopefully make up for part 1's loss?
