Divide the ELF into 4 patties.
Nice little fatty patties because you want it to remain moist in the middle and retain all the flavor and juice.
DON'T press the patties down once they are cooking!
Grill them for 3-4 minutes per a side, the same time frame for pan frying. If you like it a little more done, add another 1-2 minutes.
Put the cheese on when you have about 1 minute to go and close the grill's lid or put a lid on your pan, or
an upside-down pot if you don't have a lid. This allows it to steam up and melt that cheese to perfection and hug the meat
like a good friend who maybe likes that other friend more than just a friend. You know what I mean? Good, because I don't.
I only season a burger after it has been flipped and then re-season it one more time once on the bun.

Spray or butter the tops of the buns and slap them on the grill or pan for about 30 seconds. Get that nice toasting going on.

For the corn. DO don't buy them husked, you need it. Soak them whole in water for 10-15 minutes.
Then peel back the husk, but not removed and butter it down. Redress the corn and give it back its dignity.
Throw 'em on the hot grill. Time will vary on these, but rule of thumb is once the husk starts turning black, rotated it
and once the other side turns black. You've good to go.
