The systems will bring heavy rainfall with flash flooding, strong winds, storm surge, and dangerous surf. Flash flooding is possible from the central High Plains to the Midwest. Heat advisories issued for the Pacific Northwest, New York City metro, and mid-Mississippi Valley.
