Sunday's Jr church started with the Harmonica Boys today. We had 5 students playing with Pastor today-- four of them were first timers. The regular 3:00pm Church service of Melody Baptist Church has a program somewhat like this:
1. Start with Jesus Loves Me
2. A Bible Story for the kids
3.Harmonica Boys Practice
Possible Face Book Live Performance of Harmonica Boys
Jr Church Dismissed
Intermission / Broadcasting Paused

4. Adult Service with more congregational singing
5. Special Music
6. Adult Sermon

Melody Baptist Church is a mission church plant in the midst of Connersville's West side, where many drug raids happen. The church is there to give the walking poor and ex-cons a church where they will feel welcome, and receive the spiritual discipleship they need to succeed at a second chance in life. Jesus Christ offers everyone a second chance. It is a small church plant operating on a small budget. The church hasn't money to give the poor--only Jesus.
