Chinese Market and a Chat

Today I went for a walk around My Chinese Market in Ayutthaya. Chinese Market and a Chat is me showing you around the market and then going for a glass of Thai Tea and talking about coping with depression. The market is very interesting and you can get everything there. I found that meditation was the only thing that allowed me to separate myself from the emotions that were rolling round around in my head for a long time. Today I can say it is not always easy but in the end I can see the light and get though the drowning thoughts.
