So what's the best way to train kids? Many people see the best way to train kids as either just letting them play, or anything they can motivate their kid to do for an hour, but theres more to training kids than that. The biggest piece in training and motivating kids is to let them have fu with whatever they do. Even with exercise, it should not seem like a chore. Exercise to them needs to be fun and they need to enjoy it so they are not driven away by it. They also need to do multiple sports or exercise activities so that they build up their body in multiple ways. Bodyweight movements are best for kids, but it doesn't need to be torture. If they are overloaded as kids, even when motivated to practice a lot, their body can start to breakdown from all the similar stimulus. Let them practice a lot, but not overdue it to an extreme. It is also vital that they run and jump a lot. This will improve their coordination as well as strength making them better at sports later on. Other than that, ensure that they go through some full range of motion bodyweight movement frequently so that they do not lose their mobility as they grow. Now go make your kid a CHAMP!
