How to Paint a Demon Skull in Ink - Dark Art with Chinese Ink (#008) - Time Lapse Metal & Rock art

This is Auriel Phoenix and I love dark artwork! This is a time lapse video in which I show you the drawing process of a demon skull in black Chinese ink. In this speed paint / speed drawing, you can see the complete process from sketch, to lineart, to some dark magic with ink and adding details and structures with fineliners and gel pens. You can see the supplies and techniques I am using. One way to really hack into ink is using lots and lots of water to control the ink flow - but don't forget to tape your paper to your desk (like I did here).

You'll need:
- watercolor paper
- painter's tape to fix the paper (which I fogot here)
- pencils & brushes
- kitchen paper
- lots of water
- ink
- fineliners and gel markers to add details and structure, you can also use lacquers
