Copwatch Spokane Valley Police - They make contact then tell me not to interject

While out and about running errands I came upong this trio of gang members from Spokane Valley, WA. They say they are here to protect and serve the public and claim to be hero's. Funny thing is they let several people walk by with backpacks full of who knows what. Those passersby could have had dangerous weapons in their backpacks yet these cowards said nothing about staying back to them. Yet, when a guy with a camera and that alone walks by without stopping they start issuing threats backed by violence and torture for not complying to stand back. Come on HERO's I only have a camera. It only shoots frames not bullets.
