1996 Stephen Howard's wife Elizabeth was killed at the Port Arthur massacre of 35 people. He reminds us that the Broad Arrow Cafe's EMERGENCY EXIT door was jammed shut. At least an extra 7 people died because of that jammed EMERGENCY EXIT door.
51 dead 2019 New Zealand - the EMERGENCY EXIT door at the first Mosque was jammed too! 17+ would be alive had that door been able to open. (usually open on those Friday's anyway)
