Geert Vanden Bossche is an international expert in vaccine research and development, with a proven track record in designing and developing vaccines. He is proficient in vaccine patent writing, laboratory research, immunology, epidemiology, microbiology and preclinical vaccine development.

Our first discussion highlighted the risk of viral "immune escape" when using a prophylactic vaccine during a pandemic. This is a follow up interview to discuss some outstanding issues.
