5/27/20 I cut out the long pauses on hold. Ongoing problem with postal worker that won't ring doorbells or knock and we got our packages allegedly stolen. Why do I say allegedly? Because my neighbors got theirs stolen too. The postal worker, Hugo, WILL NOT KNOCK OR RING OUR DOORBELLS, even after complaining myself several times this year to the supv. I witnessed him doing it yesterday to the neighbor next door. He just sat a package down and didn't knock. The postal supv is "supposed" to call me today 5/27/20.
