Even more than a decade before that trial judges decided one would NOT have to look at CONTENT of the so called Holocaust ANY LONGER, regardless the idiocracy of the claims made, since it has been PROVEN in the Nuremberg (SHOW) "Trials" (Which were an utter, utter, utter disgrace for law and justice)
Since the 90's in the "education" system of most countries in Europe, the Jewish Talmudic version of the Holocaust is being indoctrinated to our youngsters. Most of them have been brainwashed completely and are no longer open to look at facts. THAT IS WHY JEWS ARE HATED! And even in an "open debate", you CAN'T have one based on facts with these people. THEY KNOW THEY WOULD LOSE SO THEY START CALLING NAMES AND START TO WORK ON EMOTION! THEY IMMEDIATELY TAKE ON THE ROLE OF THE "VICTIM". They've done that over and over throughout history.
THAT'S WHY they need legislation in the "White" countries to uphold their dogma. The holohoax is the PINNACLE of the role of victim. If that is taken away and LEGALLY PROVEN to be a falsehood, THEN the wrath of the Goyim will be on THEM.
