Paul opens this letter of the New Testament in a different way than any of his other letters, replacing the traditional Thanksgiving section with a Eulogy or Barukah of Great Praise for what God has blessed us with in Christ. We look at the OT background to this poem and the Trinitarian twist that Paul puts on it.
