Hearing on Motion to Dismiss for the Writ of Mandamus. Daniel spoke...FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS!
Landmark Hearing occurred on Friday April 30, 2021 on webex - New Hampshire: This is what your government really thinks of you. Listen very closely to this hearing. In essence the two top lawyers representing the house and the senate are saying.....You no longer have any rights and so sit down and take it.
You need to listen to this hearing…I mean really listen very closely to the words these attorneys for the state are using. We the people can write our legislators (doesn't work), call our legislators (their voicemails are full), ask them to write legislation (they have 1000 bills BEFORE they are even sworn in. The Big Corporations have that locked up), we can protest (yes, stand outside empty buildings since everything is shut down) , and hold rally's....and they can guarantee us that we won't be retaliated against. But other than that they don't have to uphold what is clearly in the constitution. Daniel is asking for his FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS.
This hearing should show you that an educated citizen can take control of their government. I think everyone involved learned a little bit more than something. If you don't know your rights, you don't have any. And don't expect these attorneys to know your rights either. We must all realize that we need to be students again. "Article 1. [Equality of Men; Origin and Object of Government.]. All men are born equally free and independent; Therefore, all government of right originates from the people, is founded in consent, and instituted for the general good." Our elected officials and high paid employees have forgotten what these words mean. Time to turn it around.
There is only one way this decision should go. We will update you when we hear back.
[Art.] 31. [Meetings of Legislature, for What Purposes.] The Legislature shall assemble for the redress of public grievances and for making such laws as the public good may require.
