As with everything else the "NWO" put their hands on, they have multiple reasons for one agenda including the purpose of chemtrails which include:
1. Poisoning Earth. In addition to blocking out sunlight thereby reducing the effectiveness of photosynthesis, the chemicals get into the water and soil and reduce the effectiveness of people's gardens and crops which makes it more difficult for people to live self sustainable through gardening.
2. Poisoning people. Strontium, Barium, and Aluminum are toxic to humans and wildlife and can cause illness. Also note that on the periodic table of elements Barium is abbreviated Ba, and Aluminum is abbreviated Al. Put them together and you get Ba'al, or Baal which is one of the 72 Goetia demons.

3. What I call Sky-cloaking which is covering the sky so that we cannot see aircraft activity or other things happening up there. Some people believe that chemtrails are used to block the sky so that we cannot see celestial bodies such as other planets, stars, and aircraft coming and going (ie: Niburu).
