CONVINCING The Last Opponents of Marijuana Legalization

*For Context, this was originally filmed & released in mid-2016.* The 2016 legalization vote is right around the corner and prohibition could truly end up on life support. There are, however, two groups that can keep prohibition limping along in countless countries and areas for a long time: proponents of decriminalization only and seniors over the age of 70. Today on Lex’s World I wanted to profile both of these groups and try to present the best counter-arguments to their view.
