From about 6 p.m. (9-9-18) to 11 a.m. (9-10-18), I was without cable TV in Melbourne, FL. All my calls to customer service were disconnected, the Spectrum website was down also. Nothing from Spectrum whatsoever, except at their Twitter page, gave me any info about the shutdown.
